Mix baking powder and salt into 1/2 cup of flour and set aside. Cream margarine and sugar. Add beaten eggs and almond extract. Add the 1/2 cup of flour mixture from above. Add remaining flour. If different colors are desired, divide dough into parts and color with food coloring. Refrigerate for an hour. Use dough in cookie press as instructed. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid browning. |
