| Directions | Roll out 15 inch long piece of aluminum foil and fold up sides and inch to form a cookie shape pan. Pour on oil. Slice all ingredients, mix together and place on oiled foil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place another piece of aluminum foil on top and completely cover. Place foil on grill and grill until ingredients are fork tender. |
