| Directions | Brown beef. Drain. Add tomatoes, green onions and garlic salt. Let it cook on low until it has consistency. Mix sour cream, cottage cheese and chilies.
To Assemble, place half of the crushed chips on bottom of casserole dish. Layer meat, then sour cream mixture, then cheese. Repeat layers over again until full. Place rest of chips to be final layer on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
