| Directions |
- Cook Brats in beer, for 15 minutes. Then add 2 onion slices, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 20 additional minutes, remove from stove and take to grill.
- Sear the brats on the grill while heating sauerkraut and chopped onion slices. Now get ready for the feast!!!
