Great marinate for beef, chicken or fish.

Directions
Combine beer or malt liquor, onion powder, garlic powder and at least a teaspoon of liquid smoke. Add your choice of beef, chicken or fish. Marinate in a refrigerator for at least 6 hours; turning at least every two hours.

Cook over medium flames until done as desired!
