| Directions |
- Preheat grill to medium/medium high.
- In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, horseradish, mustard and lime juice.
- Spread mixture on both sides of fish.
- Place filets in heavy duty foil and place a dill sprig on each filet.
- Make a tightly-sealed envelope by folding tops and edges of foil securely.
- Grill 13 – 15 minutes.
- Serve with cold green salad, fresh steamed vegetables and hot rolls.
