| | Directions | | Combine cake mix, margarine, extract and eggs. Beat on low speed until blended. Stir in pecans. Drop by teaspoon fulls 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 - 15 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool 1 minute, remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Note: Strawberry cake mix makes good cookies also. |
