| Directions | Place fish on foil, season with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice and butter; wrap foil and place on grill. Check in 15 minutes to see if the fish is flaky. If not, let it grill for five more minutes. There is room on grill for corn or steamed veggies, or hamburgers and hot dogs for kids. |
