Grilled onions make the perfect, simple but flavorful, brats and onion sandwich. The slightly charred onions add just the right touch to these brats.

Good ole Brats Recipe
Directions
  • Grill brats as per package instructions.
  • While brats are cooking, grill the onion in a small aluminum pan with a little butter. Grill until they are slightly charred.
  • Add the grilled onions to the brats when serving.
