Mix all ingredients except for steak to make tangy barbecue sauce.
Grill 4 New York Strip steaks, 5 minutes on first side.
Turn steak over, grill for 3 minutes on 2nd side. Brush with barbecue sauce.
Grill for 3 more minutes.
Take off grill, rest steak for 5 minutes to allow juices to flow.
Serve while hot. Enjoy.
