Sugar Free Banana Pudding - Recipe

Ever had to hunt for the bananas in your pudding? This is Sugar Free but Fabulous. Cool Whip adds creamy texture and extra bananas are a must.

Directions
In a large bowl beat pudding mix, milk, flavoring, and Splenda on high for 2 minutes. Add Cool whip and beat another 30 seconds or until well blended. Cut up 5 bananas and fold into mix (more or less bananas as desired). Pour ½ of the mixture into serving bowl. Add wafers to cover. Add remaining pudding. Top with more wafers.

Chill and serve.

-1/2 box Murray’s sugar free vanilla wafers
-5 bananas
-12 ounces cool whip
-1/2 cup Splenda
-1/4 teaspoon vanilla
-1/4 teaspoon banana flavoring (optional)
-4 1/2 cups milk (or half and half)
-2 small pkgs. sugar free instant banana cream pudding mix
