| Directions | Butter 9x9x2 pan. Stir all ingredients except vanilla constantly until candy thermometer reaches 245 degrees (takes about 12-13 minutes). Add vanilla after it is off the stove. Great to dip in Granny Smith apples or add to hot apple cider while adding a dash of cinnamon. |
