Combine brown rice flour, corn flour, and baking powder. Mix well using a whisk. Dissolve the bouillon in the water. Add palm oil shortening and water/bouillon mixture to the flour mix. Blend together using a fork. On a floured surface, roll out dough about 1/8" thick. Cut into 2" X 2" squares. Place on a baking sheet - you do not need to grease it. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 25 minutes or until slightly browned. Remove from baking sheet and let cool on a cooling rack.
