 | Directions | Place asparagus on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Fold up edges to hold in the butter. Melt butter and add garlic to the hot butter. Pour over the asparagus. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Fold edges of foil in to seal and make a pouch. Grill on indirect heat for 10 minutes or until tender. |
