| Directions | Heat grill. Halve grapefruits. Baste open centers with 1 tsp. of honey. Place on grill, center down until brown. Drizzle remaining 1 tsp. of honey over cooked grapefruit. Garnish with sprinkled mint and a pinch of salt. |
