| Directions | Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse; drain well. Preheat oven to 350°. Place drained pasta in 2-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Combine milk, flour and spices in small bowl; mix well. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add onion, broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Add ham; cook for 2 additional minutes. Add milk mixture; cook until mixture begins to thicken. Place vegetable-ham mixture over cooked pasta. Top with cheese; bake for 15 minutes. Serves 6. |
