| Directions | Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400 degrees. Take 4 rectangles of aluminum foil, large enough to create individual packets. Shape the ground beef into patties and place one on each piece of foil. Layer the vegetables on top. Season with salt and pepper and top with a pat of butter. Fold foil and seal edges. Bake for 45 minutes or until desired doneness. |
