| Directions | Combine cucumber, onions, green peppers, salt and garlic, cover with ice and let stand for 3 hours. Drain well. Combine sugar, vinegar, turmeric, mustard and celery seeds to boil. Add cucumbers, onions, peppers and garlic to brine and put in quart jars. |
