| Directions | Grill steak and slice. Slice Gruyere and apples. On each tortilla place 1/4 of the steak, 1/4 of the Gruyere, and 1/4 of the apples. Fold tortilla over and place on grill. When tortilla has turned slightly brown turn over and cook until brown on other side (3-5 min per side). |
