| Directions | Put meat on platter, salt liberally until white, pepper liberally until black, shake on garlic powder until white just before grilling. Grill on hot grill until ends are done medium and center slices are rare (or as well done as you like your meat). Transfer to serving platter and slice immediately. Will be tender, spicy, and juicy and wonderfully aromatic. |
