| Directions | Brown roast in large pan or Dutch oven. Add salt, pepper and thyme along with one can of cream of mushroom soup and ¾ cup dry white wine. Bake, covered, for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Add carrots, onions and potatoes after 1 hour. Add cabbage wedges after 1 ½ hours. |
