 | Directions |
- In small saucepan, bring water, sugar, rosemary, and chili pepper to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Strain mixture and cool.
- In large pitcher, pour 3 cups water and lemon juice. Add cooled syrup.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
