 | Directions | Pull back husks off ears of corn and remove the silk while keeping the husks attached. Pull the husks back over the ears. Soak in cold water for 1 hour. Combine melted butter and garlic. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Pull the husk on ears of corn and brush on the garlic butter, pull the husks back up over the corn cobs and wrap individual ears in foil and place on grill for 20 minutes. |
