| Directions |
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Brown chicken on both sides (about 3 minutes each side).
- Place breasts in baking dish.
- In small bowl, combine onion soup mix, orange juice, and 2/3 cup water. Mix well and pour over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered at 350° for 45-50 minutes.
- Place cooked chicken over cooked rice, pour sauce over all.
