| Directions | Coat each artichoke with butter, margarine, oil or pam. They all work. Sprinkle with garlic powder or minced fresh garlic. Double wrap in foil. Grill on preheated grill about 45 minutes for a normal size artichoke. Less time for smaller ones & longer time for larger ones. |
