Directions
In a large bowl, combine eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin; blend well. In a separate bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Gradually beat flour mixture into pumpkin mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured 18 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350° 25-30 minutes or until center springs back when touched lightly. Cool on a wire rack before frosting with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Frosting:

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and butter; cream until light and fluffy. Beat in milk and vanilla. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until of spreading consistency.

-2 teaspoons baking powder

-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
-1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
-1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
-1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Cream cheese frosting
-6 ounces cream cheese, softened
-6 tablespoons Butter or Margarine, softened
-1 tablespoon milk
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-4 cups sifted powdered sugar
