 | Directions |
- Combine carrots, vinegar, orange juice, and zest in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add orange segments and 1 tablespoon dill. Lightly toss.
- Cover and chill 6 hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, place in serving bowl and sprinkle with more dill.
