| Directions | In a large skillet, brown entire pound of bacon until crisp, placing cooked strips on paper towels to absorb grease and then finely chop. In a large mixing bowl, blend bacon, tomato and mayonnaise. Add sour cream, blend well. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with sour dough bread cut up in chunks. |
