| Directions | In a saucepan, combine sugar, gelatin, spice and salt. Blend in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Gradually stir in egg. Blend in pumpkin and chill until very thick. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with chopped pecans and raisins, if desired. |
