| Directions | Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with 12 tart shells. For the filling, mix the sugar, butter and 3 eggs. Add corn sryup and 3 dashes of salt. Mix well with a whisk. Pour into shells about 3/4 full. Bake for 27 minutes. |
