 | Directions | Take chicken breasts from package, rinse with water, pat to dry. In a medium mixing bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Place chicken breasts in a flat baking pan and pour the marinade mixture over the chicken breasts. Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Place on the grill for 3-4 minutes each side until browned. Serve over wild rice, if desired. |
