| Directions | Mix Italian dressing with oil and vinegar according to package directions. Place chicken cubes in ziploc bag and pour half of the dressing over the top. Place vegetables in a separate ziploc bag and pour the remaining dressing over the top. Close each bag tightly. Place both bags in the refrigerator to marinate 4-6 hours. Soak skewers in a pan covered in water to prevent burning.
When ready to assemble kabobs, alternate meat and vegetables. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place the skewers on the grill and grill for 4-6 minutes per side, squeezing lemon juice over the top. |
