| Directions |
- Line baking sheet with paper towel.
- Fill skillet with 3 inches of oil.
- Heat oil over high heat until it registers 350° on candy thermometer.
- Drop about 6 slices tortillas into oil and cook for 45 seconds or until chips are crisp and golden.
- Flip once.
- Remove with tongs or wire mesh strainer.
- Transfer to lined baking sheet.
- Salt generously or season with seeds.
- Repeat with rest of wedges.
- Serve with salsa.
