| Directions | Season pork chops. Heat oil over medium-high heat in medium skillet. Add pork chops and onions. Brown on both sides. Place pork chops in slow cooker. Layer onions over meat. In a small bowl combine soup, broth and soy sauce. Pour over onions. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over cooked rice. |
