| Directions | Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add crushed wafers and milk alternately. Add coconut and pecans. Mix well. Bake in bundt pan 1 1/2 hours at 325°F or stack and frost with caramel icing. When stacking, recipe may be cut in half. |
