Slice your meat into 1/8" slices. It is easiest to do this when the meat is slightly frozen. Mix other ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add the meat, cover and marinate at least an hour in the refrigerator, overnight is best.
Place on dehydrator racks and cook as directed.
