| Directions |
- Heat cooking oil and brown chops.
- In a large slow cooker, layer sliced potatoes then onion, pour soup over and spread out.
- Layer cabbage, sliced apple, pork chops and sauerkraut on top.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
