| Directions | Sprinkle cheese in bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Dot with butter. Mix cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour half over cheese layer. Beat eggs, pour in pan. Add rest of cream-mustard mixture. Bake about 25 minutes at 325. Cut in squares and serve hot. Serves 12 |
