| Directions | Heat skillet on high and spray with cooking spray. Mix together milk, oil, salt and egg. Add the flour. Mix until smooth. 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, pancakes are very thin, a little thicker than a crepe. Turn when bottom is golden brown. Serve with favorite syrup. 1 batch usually feeds 3 people. |
