| Directions | Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add cauliflower and potatoes. Boil until softened, approximately 20 minutes. Drain. Mash cauliflower and potatoes to desired consistency. Add butter and sour cream and mix well. Stir in cheese and season as desired. |
