| Directions | Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients together (except peppers). Cut off the top of the peppers, empty seeds and clean. Stuff hamburger mixture into peppers and cook for 1 hour.
For a little extra flavor you can grate cheese (to your liking) over the top. (in my opinion cheddar tastes best!) |
