 | Directions | Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Spread hash browns on bottom of pan. Put 1/2 cup melted butter over potatoes. Spread meat on top. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and shredded cheese. Pour this mixture over potatoes and meat. Bake at for 45-60 minutes. |
