 | Directions | - Microwave the chocolate until melted.
- Remove and stir until smooth.
- Add the cream chees and stir until well blended.
- Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes or until room temperature.
- Gently stir in the non-dairy whipped topping.
- Freeze the mixture for one hour.
- Scoop out and roll into one inch balls.
- Then roll each ball into a different coating, as desired.
- Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
