| Directions | In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. In another bowl, combine the eggs and milk; stir in the bananas, applesauce and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients, just until moistened. Stir in chocolate chips. Coat muffin cups with cooking spray or use paper liners. Fill 3/4 full with batter. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 375° or 18-22 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 mins. before removing from pan to a wire rack. Makes 1 doz. |
