| Directions |
- Use a whisk or fork to mix together the goat cheese, cream, parsley, red pepper flakes and lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl.
- Bring one cup of water to a boil in a large sacuepan.
- Boil the broccoli in the water until crisp tender and then drain.
- Place drained broccoli in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss the cheese mixture over the top and gently mix to combine and coat the broccoli.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with grated lemon peel if desired and serve warm.
- *Note: The sauce is not very creamy but adds a great deal of flavor.
