| Directions |
- Prepare tomatillos: remove husks and wash to remove sticky coating. Cut into quarters.
- Put cut-up tomatillos into food processor with all remaining ingredients and pulse until well chopped, but not puréed.
- Use immediately, or refrigerate for later use.
