 | Directions |
- Wash apples well but don't peel them. Cut into quarters and remove cores.
- Put into food processor with with cinnamon. Pulse until puréed (won't be completely smooth), adding cider or water if apples don't produce enough juice to puree well. If using a smaller processor, work in batches.
- Use immediately, refrigerate (up to a week) or freeze.
