| Directions | Put beef in roasting pan or slow cooker. Cover beef with dry onion soup mix. Pour pickles and the juice they are in on top of the beef Cook on low for 8 hours. VARIATION: You can cook in a roasting pan. Simply cover and cook for 3-5 hours in a 300 degree oven. You will know the meat is done when it can be pulled apart and is no longer pink |
