| Directions | In a lg bowl, mix warm water & yeast. Stir in sugar, butter and eggs. Stir in flour one cup at a time to make a soft dough. When dough is difficult to stir, turn dough out onto floured surface and knead for about 3-5 minutes. Add flour as needed to keep dough from sticking to surface. Put dough in a bowl to let rise for about 1 hour. Then punch dough down and divide into 2 equal parts. Make seven pieces from ea section of dough. Put into a greased 9" round pan. Let dough rise again. Brush with egg wash. Bake in a preheated oven to 400 for 20-30 minutes. Makes 14 rolls. |
