| Directions | In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain and remove from pan. Add onions, celery and carrots and cook over medium heat until slightly softened. In a dutch oven, add chicken stock, soup mix, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil. Add frozen vegetables and macaroni. Bring to another boil. Reduce heat and add onion mixture and ground beef. Simmer until macaroni is tender. Salt and pepper, if necessary. |
